ABOUT

Discover the exceptional 7-Year Rye Whiskey, masterfully blended by Michael Bosch of The Elites. This remarkable rye whiskey combines tradition and innovation through a meticulous three-barrel blend.

Crafted from Quality Ingredients: The blend begins with two barrels of 7-year, 9-month rye (95% rye mash) distilled in Indiana, which have been aged for over 24 months in Kentucky. After marrying these two barrels, an additional barrel of 8.5-year rye (51% rye mash), also distilled in Indiana, is added. This barrel has aged for over 36 months in Kentucky, resulting in a rich and complex flavor profile.

Unique Aging Process: What sets this rye apart is its unique aging process. The 95% rye component spent its final year in specially commissioned casks, a groundbreaking collaboration with William Hornaday of Kelvin Cooperage. This partnership recreated the distinct wood grain characteristics of early 20th-century oak, using wood sourced from Minnesota that was cured for 48 months.
