Rabbit Hole Single Barrel Cask Strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon

This is a first Single Barrel release from the Rabbit Hole Distillery.

For their inaugural 2021 Single Barrel release, the distillery has hand-selected casks from an extremely limited number of Heigold Kentucky Straight Bourbon barrels. Each is a study of patience and creativity. To complement this one-of-a-kind whiskey, the packaging for each season of barrel releases is unique and features a different series of six original Limited Edition illustrations commissioned by the Founder, Kaveh Zamanian from renowned watercolorist and fashion illustrator Kasiq Jungwoo Lee. Each 6-bottle case will contain a bottle with each label design. The result is a true work of art inside and out that could only be bottled at cask strength.

• Heigold Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey with a high-rye mash bill bottled at full cask strength. Proof will vary by bottle - but generally falls between 100 and 125.
• Approximately only 150-225 bottles were produced at 750ml
• Barrels were aged in #3, wood-fired, toasted & charred new American Oak barrels for 4+ years.
• The bottle side label includes the following personalization: Handwritten ALC/VOL and Proof, Release Date, Individual Bottle Number, Artist Signature
