The Prime Barrel 9 Years Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Nine years in the making, our own bespoke 9-year-old bourbon with experimental 51% Corn / 49% malted barley (MGP distillate) is finally here. When given a chance to put our name on a bottle this tasty and unique, we could not pass it up. We could not be more proud of this selection - it fully deserves to be the first in the line of our bespoke releases. It is thought-provoking, unique, funky, tasty, and one-of-a-kind. Tasting Notes:

• NOSE: Molasses explodes from the glass as it sits on the table. Behind it are whiffs of burnt sugar, caramel, and sea air.
• PALATE: The barley in the mash shines with early notes of black tea and salty toffee. This transitions to brief bits of vanilla, maraschino cherry, and cola. The back of the palate takes a major shift towards rum-centric molasses, tropical fruit, and burnt sugar.
  
• FINISH: This one is lengthy and primarily focuses on the tropical rum flavors.
