Attitude by Pascal Jolivet Vin de Pays du Val de Loire Pinot Noir Rose

Attitude Rose is the result of traditional wine making techniques from grapes grown in the Loire Valley. The vineyard soils are chalky and calcareous clay, with the potential to give Attitude lovely fruit aromas and freshness on the palate. The Attitude Rose is a blend of press wine and juice obtained using the saignée method, where some of the juice of wine macerated on the skins has been bled off. The juice is produced from grapes that are macerated that have not been sorted or de-stemmed.

"Attitude" features beautiful pink candy-colored with elegant aromas of red fruits. Pinot noir gives it finesse and fruit, some power Gamay, Cabernet and both fruity and structured side. The assembly of the three varieties offers an elegant finish with a nice balance and flexibility.
