A blend of Nebbiolo, Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wine was aged in barrels for six months and refined in bottle an additional three months.
This is a medium-bodied red wine offering aromas and flavors of raspberries, ripe red stone fruit with balanced acidity and sweet tannins on the finish.
Perfect with pasta dishes with meat and sausage sauces, red meat, braised or stewed and lamb on the spit. It is also ideal with medium ripe, highly-flavoured cheeses, such as hard Bra cheese, Grana Padano, Monte Veronese and cheeses from the South of Italy.
