Domaine Béatrice & Pascal Lambert’s Pur Jus Chinon is a lively, expressive red wine from the heart of the Loire, crafted to celebrate the pure essence of Cabernet Franc. Using biodynamic and organic viticulture, the Lambert team brings forward the minerality and freshness of Chinon’s terroir with minimal cellar intervention. “Pur Jus” (literally “pure juice”) reflects the philosophy behind this cuvée: clean, honest fruit expression, bright energy, and natural winemaking. With light extraction, fermentation in concrete, and restrained use of additives, this wine is approachable, gluggable, and deeply rooted in place.

Nose: Delicate yet animated aromatics of red cherry, raspberry, and cranberry, accented by fresh herbs (garden mint, thyme) and a faint touch of crushed leaf or wet stone.
