Neversink Aged Apple Brandy is made from 100% New York State grown apples, cold fermented and double distilled in Port Chester, NY. Aged for a minimum of 8 months on American Oak and bottled at 80 proof.

A great sipping brandy, the nose displays notes of baked apple, oak, and vanilla. On the palate, spice, fresh apple, caramel, oak and toffee linger for a long finish.
