2013 Horse & Plow The Gardener Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
This Pinot Noir was made in the traditional way; the grapes were sorted, the grapes were destemmed into small open-top tanks and cold soaked for 7 days before beginning fermentation with its native yeasts. All tanks are punched down by hand throughout fermentation and then gently drained & pressed. It was aged in French oak barrels for ten months, not fined or filtered.
Red fruit notes and silky texture. This barrel selection results in a specially crafted, very fruity, and imminently gulpable pinot noir.
