Intensive bouquet, grapey, mild. Depending on the degree of maturity of the grapes, the Muscat bouquet is more or less pronounced; because of its low acidity the Muskat-Ottonel is very mild and supple. 
Dry types, which should be drunk young, make a good apéritif: the sweet Prädikat wine – which ages well – is suitable with dessert.
