Produced from 100% certified organic estate-grown fruit, De Martino Estate Organic Carmenère is a full-bodied red with a fresh, intense aromas of red fruit, tobacco, and cassis, followed by subtle hints of vanilla. Its fresh palate is concentrated with a perfect balance of fruit, vanilla, chocolate, and good acidity.
Pairs well with pasta, vegetable soup, spicy entrees and grilled meats. Its unique character pairs perfectly with ingredients that are difficult to match such as garlic, bell peppers, fresh herbs and eggplant.
