Clotilde Davenne Chablis 2015

100% Chardonnay from 35+ year old vines in the village of Courgis. Pure Kimmeridgean soils. Hand harvested and fermented in stainless steel. 100% malolactic fermentation and 4 months on the fine lees.

Clotilde Davenne built her domaine over the last 15 years after spending 16 years as the head oenologist for the prestigious house of Jean Marc Brocard. She practices organic farming, and uses some biodynamic practices.
