NULU Toasted French Oak Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey

For this batch of toasted bourbon, Prohibition Craft Spirits decided to experiment with French oak staves instead of American oak barrels. The flavors in the toasted French oak are very sweet, oily and long lasting. This small batch is being sold exclusively in New York and New Jersey.

Mashbill: 75% Corn, 21% Rye, 4% Malted Barley 

Nose: Buttered Waffles, Mocha, Vanilla, Toasted Oak
Palate: Oak sugar sweetness with a thick mouthfeel. The notes in the nose and tannin profiles develop across the palate.
Finish: Long rich finish with a hint of lingering fruitiness and oak sweetness.
