Blood Oath Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Pact 1
St. Louis-based Luxco announced the launch of
its limitedrelease, ultra-premium bourbon series, Blood Oath. This brand-new craft bourbon whiskey series is unique to the market as it will highlight a different variant, or Pact, each year. The inaugural Pact, named Blood Oath Pact No. 1, consists of a unique blend of three carefully selected, top-notch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskeys, blended and bottled by hand, resulting in one distinctly exclusive and unimagined bourbon. The debut combination, bottled at 98.6 proof, is available in limited quantities in 750ml bottles. Blood Oath’s unique package is topped with a custom, eco-friendly natural cork and labeled with a heavy certificate-style paper stock. Rempe’s signature, along with the specific bottle’s creation date and the story behind the eachbottle label. Great service and fast shipping. Quick to answer questions online.
I ordered Blood Oath pact one to complete husband's set. He was thrilled. Order was processed and shipped immediately. Packed well. Very happy with purchase and would buy from DE Wine Spot again.
I am no authority on what makes the “best” bourbon. I have a number of bottles of different bourbons ... from inexpensive to expensive. Bourbon tasting/drinking is something I do for fun. So when I read about the unusual fashion in which this bourbon is created, I thought I’d give it a try. Unlike the experts, I don’t know that I can break the flavors of a bourbon into a dozen subsets as they do. I only know if I like it or not. I tried Bood Oath over a little ice and I enjoyed it. Not “Oh my God I’ve gone to Heaven” good. But good. Is it worth what it costs? You’ll have to try it and decide. You can certainly buy 2 or 3 decent bottles of bourbon for what it costs. But as they say, One mans treasure is another mans trash.
I have not opened this bottle. I have opened the pact 3. I'm hoping this is as good as that one. Thanks
This bottle of Blood Oath One was the last bottle I needed to complete the blood oath set. Very happy with the purchase and even happier with De Wine Spot for holding off shipping until we returned from our son's wedding.
