With every drop matured exclusively in first-fill sherry-seasoned oak casks from Spain, it captures the warmth of Andalucia’s sun and Scotland’s timeless craft.

The finish lingers with sweet oak, plush fruit and a subtle echo of mellow spice — making every sip feel like a midsummer glow caught in time. Named for the ancient Celtic festival of light, Lìthà embodies that moment when two forces collide and everything shifts.

Nose: Butterscotch, vanilla, milk chocolate, citrus zest, tropical fruit.

Palate: Vanilla ice cream, berry compote, toasted oak, salted caramel, pecans, and warm wood spice.

Finish: Medium length; sweet oak, red fruit, subtle dried spice, and warm echo.

Pair with dark-chocolate truffles studded with candied orange to emphasise the citrus-and-chocolate interplay. A pecan tart with caramel drizzle would mirror the pecan, salted caramel and vanilla notes beautifully.
