Launching a new online experience: Introducing Re-branded De Wine Spot

Bringing out a new front door for your online shopping experience at De Wine Spot has been a top priority for us since conducting a customer satisfaction survey earlier this year. Finally, after incorporating your feedback and exhausting trials and errors, we’re thrilled to formally introduce you to the new De Wine Spot website.

The digital footprint of De Wine Spot has often been defined as being the destination for hard-to-find bourbon and scotch. As we launch our newly designed and improved online store here in 2016—fresh with a whiskey-based color palette—we’ve doubled down on our identity while expanding our customer service reach and usability, continuing De Wine Spot’s tradition of being a trendsetter. 

Perhaps the most immediately exciting new feature will be our “Go Live” sales, where we offer extremely limited or allocated whiskeys for a short period. Customers signed up for our exclusive e-mail list will receive an immediate alert to these special offers and, with that, a chance to get their hands on some of the industry’s finest elixirs. The best part of this? It’s available to anyone willing to take the few moments to sign up. If you’re ready to go beyond your every night sipper and discover the wide world of cult whiskeys, this is your chance.

But we’re not just about spirits here. We’re still proud of being wine geeks as well which is expressed with our new and improved Wine Selector, where we recommend one of our fine wines to pair with whatever food or experience you’re looking to have! Interested in a more broad array of suggestions? Our advanced search has to be just about the most practical of its kind found anywhere, with the “Food” category further setting us apart from your average online wine shop. When perusing our wines, you’ll be privy to real-time inventory and convenient bottle quantity selectors.

We've also re-designed our Help Center to provide a complete self-service support option for you. We populated our Knowledge Base section with questions we hear most often to help you get started. We will update this content often, as we receive new questions from our customers. If you still can’t see an answer to your question, you can now submit a help ticket. We usually respond within 24 hours.

This is a dynamic release of our new online presence, meaning that we’re not done or willing only to settle. On the way soon is an online Concierge Service and ability to check out with Apple Pay on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. All customer feedback isn’t just appreciated; it is encouraged to assist us in making this space the most useful and convenient for you.
