On the palate, you’ll find soft malt, delicate fruit, salted caramel, and a warm oak grain turning into roasted coffee beans and a lingering briny whisper. This whisky is elegant yet layered—classic Highland character with island-edge grit. A drop of water invites honeyed apple and gentle peat smoke to peek through.
