TASTING NOTES

Black garnet with saturated violet tones on the rim , this showy malbec summons aromas of ripe blackberries, plum skin and red licorice with spicy vanilla overtones. Weighty and smoothly textured on the palate, w ith dense waves of red currants, wet stones and rich oak aromatics.

FOOD PAIRING

Unlike Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec doesn’t have a super long finish. Because of this, Malbec is great with leaner red meats (ostrich anyone?). The wine does extremely well with funky flavors like blue cheese and rustic flavors like mushrooms and cumin spice.
