Herve Souhaut Domaine Romaneaux-Destezet Syrah

A Syrah from some of this historic estate's younger vines, still 30 year-old, augmented with grapes purchased from neighbors. Macerated at low temps for a long peroid before a wild yeast fermentation. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with a very low amount of sulfites.
