100% Diego, also known locally as Vijariego Blanco, is a vigorous, high-acid grape grown only in the Canary Islands. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and aged three months in tank lie. Don’t be fooled by its practically clear color - this is a complex and umami- wine with a bright, mineral palate.

Dry white wine with delicate aromas of white flowers and anise. Great structure on the palate with rich shades and radiant finish.
