100% Diego, also known locally as Vijariego Blanco, is a vigorous, high-acid grape grown only in the Canary Islands. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and aged three months in tank sur lie. Don’t be fooled by its practically clear color - this is a complex and umami-ful wine with a bright, mineral palate.

Dry white wine with delicate aromas of white flowers and anise. Great structure on the palate with rich shades and radiant finish.
