Bishop's Peak Edna Valley Chardonnay

Bishop's Peak wines are handcrafted by Talley Vineyards from grapes grown in the Talley family's vineyards as well as those purchased from growers who share the winery's commitment to quality. This portfolio of distinctive wines represents the diversity of the Central Coast growing region.

Pale gold. Meyer lemon, quince, white flowers and smoky minerals on the lively, incisive nose. Nervy citrus and orchard fruit flavors show very good clarity and a complementary subtle honeysuckle quality. Juicy and precise on the clinging finish, which strongly echoes the mineral and floral notes.

This elegant chardonnay pairs well a wide variety of appetizers and light seafood dishes.
