Very Olde St. Nick Immaculata Ancient Cask Bourbon

Immaculata is a non-chill filtered bourbon, starting with a foundation of meticulously aged 15-year bourbon whiskey. This base is then carefully complemented with a select few of our prized vintage casks, resulting in a harmonious and luxuriously rich blend with each limited release. Bottled at cask strength, it offers a robust and dynamic tasting experience.

Nose: A bouquet of berries, including raspberry jam, tart cranberries, and dark cherries, evolving into baking spices like cinnamon and walnuts, with mature oak tucked away.

Palate: Starts with light honey and brown sugar or caramel, hints of berry, followed by cherry wood and oak, along with cocoa and tobacco notes.

Finish: Medium to long duration, with lingering tobacco and baking spices, with sweetness harder to find at the finish
