Greenhook Ginsmiths Gin is a local boutique product. Ed Tiedge is the master distiller behind the magic taking place in their Brooklyn distillery.

Old Tom:

Greenhook Ginsmiths has released a masterful expression of Old Tom Gin. Paying homage to distillers of 18th century England, this Gin is pot distilled from 100% corn.

Beach Plum Liqueur:

Made exclusively from local New York beach plums, this rare beauty is a seasonal treat with only 1,800 bottles produced. Greenhook Gin is macerated for over six months with the whole plums and filtered prior to bottling.

Standard Gin: Fresh, fruity nose with hints of juniper, yellow citrus, and elderflower. On the palate the juniper leads and is followed quickly by citrus, ginger, sweet cinnamon, and chamomile.  Old Tom: It offers strong but delicate aromas of allspice, citrus, chamomile and coriander, while maintaining it's juniper-infused identity. Sitting at 100.1 proof, Old Tom is rounded off with a touch of sugar to temper the gin's fiery nature Beach Plum Liqueur: Deep berry and floral notes, a meaty texture on the palate, rich and delicious; perfect for a champagne cocktail or anything with some fizz.
