All wines are fermented with indigenous yeasts, un-refrigerated and lightly filtered with natural products. Moscato grapes are hand harvested from vines in white/calcareous soil, vinified and aged in concrete tanks for 5 months, followed by 2 months in the bottle before release.
Deep gold in color with very aromatic, with intricate aromas of apple, nectarine, beeswax candle, orange blossom, honey, lemon, smoky minerals and almond. Juicy peach, nectarine and apricot glide atop a stratum of smoky minerality. Fresh acidity accents stone fruits, lemon zest, honey and nuts on the lengthy, dry finish. Juicy and silky, a sumptuous, beaming ray of sunny Moscato.
