Copper & Cask 8-Year Cigar Blend Whiskey Batch 013

This whiskey is built for pairing with the bold. Copper & Cask’s Batch 013, 8-Year Cigar Blend marries spice, fruit, and oak in a rare blend. Forty-one barrels of low-rye (21%) and high-rye (36%) bourbon were selected, married, and then re-barreled into sherry, Armagnac, Cognac, and tawny port casks for at least six months. Bottled at cask strength (118.2 proof), it opens boldly yet evolves with grace. On first nosing, you’ll catch orange zest, raspberry jam, and a hint of dark candied peel. The palate delivers red fruits—strawberry, plum, fig—melding into chocolate-orange peel, toffee, and toasted almonds over time. Finish runs long and rich, with echoes of dried fruit and spiced oak.

Palate: Strawberry, plum, fig, toffee, toasted almond and chocolate over gentle oak spice.

Finish: Long, rich, with chocolate-covered orange peel, toffee sweetness, toasted nut linger.
