Bodega Sottano Malbec

To the common eye, an intense color is appreciated, with purple and bright hues.It exhibits scents of red and ripe fruits such as cherries and plums, enriched by delicate chocolate and vanilla contributed by the keeping in wood. Of a Sound velvet and tannin structure, elegant as well, which give a long final mouth tasting.

Unlike Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec doesn’t have a super long finish. Because of this, Malbec is great with leaner red meats (ostrich anyone?). The wine does extremely well with funky flavors like blue cheese and rustic flavors like mushrooms and cumin spice.
