NV Paolo Palumbo Rosso Vivace

Grapes are trained using the traditional pergola system on steep volcanic slopes outside the village of Lettere, south of Naples. Grapes are vinified separately to make the base wine, blended and finished using the charmat method. The wine is off-dry, the preferred style for generations in Neapolitan homes and restaurants. Ideal with pizza Napoletana.

Rosso Vivace is not DOC designated, allowing Paolo Palumbo to reduce costs by sourcing some fruit from vineyards outside the Lettere zone.

Light-Medium Bodied, off-dry, medium-high acidity, moderate-high intensity, medium finish, plum, raspberry, blackberry.

Perfect pairing to margherita pizza or pork chops.
