Fettercairn 29 yrs Hogshead Cask Strength Signatory Single Malt Scotch Whisky

A single cask bottling of Fettercairn, aged in a hogshead for 29 years before being bottled by Signatory for their Cask Strength Collection. It was distilled in December 1988 and bottled in January 24th 2018

Nose: Nutty malt, with layers of caramel and old leather.
Palate: Liquorice root, thyme honey and roasted coffee beans. More caramel sweetness develops.
Finish: Almonds and robust malt richness.
