Intensive bouquet, grapey, mild. Depending on the degree of maturity of the grapes, the Muscat bouquet is more or less pronounced; because of its low acidity the Muskat-Ottonel is very mild and supple.

This wine opens absolutely new culinaric aspects in combination with asian food, indian and oriental food as well as mediterranean cuisin especially french goose-liver-pâté or roasted goose-liver, desserts and fruits!
