L’Encantada's cellar master sourced a blend of four vintage casks ranging from 20-30 years old for this XO Bas-Armagnac and was given 92 points by Wine Enthusiast. From the same guys that brought you Mic Drop bourbon.

• Characteristics: Cask strength, unfiltered, no coloring, no additives, unique blend

Aromatic vanilla bean elderflower, coffee, and toasted oak on the nose. The palate is slightly dry with notes of cocoa, baking spice, iris root, and coriander. The finish is lingering and savory with a hint of creme brûlée.
