100% Pinot Noir. Vine Age: 12-20 years old. Soil: volcanic. Altitude: 250 meters. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and crushed. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. The proximity to the Alps and the Adriatic allows both cool Alpine breezes and warm sea air into the vineyards which creates ideal conditions for ripening Pinot Noir.
Cherry, oak and smoke. Juicy berries, dry finish and good balance.
