Under the Bottled-in-Bond Act, it then had to be cut to exactly 100 proof, and the distillery, distillation season, and bonded storage all had to be documented. Thirteen years of Midwestern summers built up deep oak, while the bonded proof keeps it approachable at the table.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e“Yak To The Future” comes from a single cask at Domaine du Carpoulat, a family estate in Fourcès, a medieval bastide village in Armagnac-Ténarèze.
