Golden Grove emerges from Cascade Hollow—better known as George Dickel—as an unprecedented 100% wheat whiskey. Distilled in the sweltering heat of Tullahoma, this spirit shatters the mold. Nobody expected Dickel to harbor straight wheat whiskey in their sprawling warehouses. Yet, here it stands. The independent bottler secured just six remarkable casks, aged between four and eight years, yielding a mere 677 bottles for this Single Distillery Series release.

Wheat whiskeys often struggle with overly tannic structures, but this expression bucks that trend entirely. Bottled at a potent 120 proof, the liquid maintains a shockingly velvety texture without scorching the palate. Unfiltered and uncolored, it showcases the profound influence of a hot-climate maturation. The heavy humidity forces intense interaction between the distillate and the barrel. Sweet, decadent sugars extract rapidly, creating a flavor profile decidedly focused on confectionary depth rather than harsh oak tannin. This isn't just an experiment. It represents a paradigm shift for wheated whiskey enthusiasts seeking uncharted territory.

Distilled entirely from a 100% wheat mashbill in Tullahoma, Tennessee.

Blended from six rare casks aged between four and eight years.

Bottled at a robust 120 proof while maintaining a remarkably soft texture.

Extremely limited yield of just 677 bottles nationwide.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0173/0930/files/Square-3_89d18ed7-6451-4527-889e-4027d046fd6d.jpg?v=1792633179
https://dewinespot.co/products/lost-lantern-golden-grove-george-dickel-straight-tennessee-wheat-whiskey
