Made from a mash bill of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley, this Tennessee whiskey aged for 13 years and meets the standards of the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897. It’s the first new release from Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. (formerly George Dickel Distillery). At 100 proof, George Dickel Bottled in Bond can be enjoyed neat or on the rocks in addition to being well-suited for many of your favorite cocktails.
Another fine whisky by Dickel. Been a fan for over 30 years and Dickel needs more respect. Jack Daniels gets all the hype, but I find Dickel to be less sweet and smoother. I was very excited to see this release and it didn’t disappoint.
