They reserve these absolute top-tier selections for legendary partners like Paris's La Maison du Whisky. This highly coveted single barrel release stems directly from Warehouse H, the legendary metal-clad rickhouse that aggressively bakes the maturing whiskey during those notoriously sweltering Kentucky summers. That relentless heat cycle forces the charred oak to surrender staggering amounts of deep, rich caramelized sugars and baking spices. The result is profoundly deep. Barrel #559 specifically bears the prestigious Golden Promise moniker, meaning it was meticulously chosen to anchor the renowned underground Parisian whiskey bar of the same name. It demands your full attention.

A standard Blanton's offers that approachable profile, but these LMDW exclusives operate on a completely different wavelength. The European export market commands a sturdier backbone, meaning this specific bottling clocks in at a formidable 103 proof. You'll feel the immediate difference. That extra bump in alcohol translates into a heavily concentrated texture that completely coats the glass. It pushes familiar vanilla notes into deeply saturated territories of dark chocolate, leather, and scorched earth, giving the liquid an almost brooding character that casual bourbon fans rarely experience.

Hand-selected specifically for La Maison du Whisky's Golden Promise bar

Pulled directly from the legendary metal-clad Warehouse H

Bottled at the elevated 103 proof (51.5% ABV) standard

Highly restricted bottle yield from Single Barrel #559
